Spaulding Outpatient Center Brighton

The Spaulding Outpatient Center Brighton is an outpatient rehabilitation center  conveniently located for Boston’s western neighborhoods. At our Brighton center, physical therapists specialize in spine care, general orthopedic and post-surgical care, as well as musculoskeletal pain and sports injury management. The center also provides care to patients who have experienced neurological and degenerative conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis and muscular dystrophy.

Our therapists are trained in manual therapy as well as contemporary therapeutic exercise
concepts inclusive of the movement methods of Pilates and GYROTONIC®. Using an integrated approach, therapists design treatment programs to train neuromuscular coordination, strength and flexibility for daily activities as well as sports performance. Because the center is situated close to the famous Charles River, the therapists at Spaulding Brighton have built a reputation for helping college and masters rowers and scullers return to competitive form following injury or repetitive strain.

The Spaulding Brighton center is fully equipped with traditional studio Pilates equipment, a GYROTONIC® pulley tower, jump and stretch board, and a leg extension unit. The facility offers evening hours as well as aquatic therapy programs at the local Oak Square YMCA.
