Spaulding Insurance & Billing

The Spaulding Rehabilitation Network accepts most insurance plans- private and governmental. Our goal is to work collaboratively with our referrers, patients, families, insurance companies and employers to provide you full access to our health care services.

Most insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid, cover rehabilitation services which are deemed medically necessary. Managed care plans require pre-certification prior to admission. Because every insurance plan is different, we recommend that you talk with your employer or your insurance agent to better understand your coverage, particularly how this may affect any out-of-pocket expenses, including co-pays and deductibles.
 
We recognize that the financial aspects of your admission can be confusing. During the admitting process, your admitting representative will discuss with you the financial aspects of your stay. In addition, you will have access to one of our Financial Counselors who can answer any individual financial questions you may have and to help you navigate through your financial options.
